| ENTRANCE | Via single door again into zig-zag queuing system (wheelchair users may wait to the left side of the counter). There is an electronically opened glass entry post for wheelchair access into the main entry concourse. |
| TOILETS | Accessible toilets on ground floor within the main concourse, two within "Gallery" section and one near the bar/cafe on the lower level. Lateral transfer possible with fixed and drop hand rails and emergency pull chord. |

| INFORMATION | A tour of the site is available and a list of times are posted within the main concourse. |
| GROUND LEVEL | Exhibition area and shop. Bridge to 'The Voyage through living waters' including habitats relating to 'Northern streams', Tropical Rivers, Lakes and Ponds and there are exhibits containing various creatures from fish to frogs. Access is also available to the gallery, where there is a huge screen through which you can look at a mulititude of fish including sharks and rays and a whole host of other fish. Lift to the lower level or down stairs which have dotted markings on the nose -edge of each step. |
| LOWER LEVEL | Two ramps to rock pool area where talks are given (these are quite steep and may become slippery when wet). There are also steps with a hand rail. Lower Arena and reinforced specatator tunnel which has a moving pavement and a walkway, allowing you to see the sharks close up, as they swim above and around you. |
