One of Cheshire's most attractive 15th century half-timbered historic houses, believed once to have been home to Mary Fitton, the dark lady of Shakespeare's sonnets. Unique Elizabethan gardens and parkland. Famous open air theatre (June - August). Tea room.

PARKINGBlue Badge Holders may park directly in front of Hall during normal opening hours (not marked/signposted). For theatrical performances dropping off only by Hall. General car park 120 metres from Hall.
TOILETSStandard and accessible toilet located next to the Tea Room.
GARDENSLevel access to some parts of gardens only.
HALLThree steps into Hall. Many steps throughout.
OPEN-AIR-THEATRESteeply raked platform seating, with steps to upper rows. Limited space within rows. Three wheelchair spaces provided separately in side annex.
TEA ROOMApproached by paved path and short section of deep gravel. One side of glass double doors is kept locked - staff will open if necessary.
